CHARACTERISTICS |
1. The best green paint, low solvent content and low pollution. 2. With special resin and rust conversion agent, the wettability of steel surface, and the permeability of corrosive surface, and the adhesion are particularly outstanding. 3. High solid content, it can be coated in or can be coated with a variety of coatings. 4. Tough and hard film, excellent abrasion resistance, also suitable as a floor coating. 5. Excellent resistance to water and sea water, also suitable for tank lining. 6. Excellent resistance to oils, solvents and chemicals 7. The power or manual tools can be used to remove the rust in the situation that had no sand blasting equipment. 8. If want to keep the bright paint film, the recommendation is to coat one layer of PU finish. |

NOTE |
1. Mix base and hardener according to the mixing ratio and stir thoroughly, then keep static about 10 to 20 minutes before use. 2. Adhered moisture, grease, dirt, dust, rust and corrosion salts on substrate must be removed thoroughly. 3. Avoid applying the paint in rainy weather or humidity above 85% RH, particularly a wet surface must be thoroughly dried 4. All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use. 5. When used inside tanks, and sufficient ventilation must be provided. 6. When overcoating interval is exceeded, paint surface must be roughened to ensure adhesion. 7. The paint film exposed to the sun for a long-term does have chalking phenomenon that is without affect the quality of paint film. |
