The low viscosity, moisture-cured type of clear adhesion promoter based on polyol and isocyanate.

USES

Used for promotion of adhesion between layer and layer.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Good adhesion with non-porosity of substrate.

2. One component, with moisture of air reacted as carbon dioxide to form a good thin- film.

3. Can be sprayed on PU or EPOXY as adhesion binder even if their overcoating intervals were exceeded, or to apply PU, EPOXY or FLUORINE on this product, still is outstanding adhesion promoter of interlaminar.

4. Excellent resistance to chemicals and water.

APPLICATION METHOD

NOTE

1. Adhered moisture, grease, dust on substrate must be removed thoroughly.

2. Please use special thinner for dilution to avoid effect quality.

3. Hardener cover must be tightly closed to avoid reaction with moisture in air to form bubbles and gelation.

4. The remaining promoter must be tightly closed a.s.a.p. otherwise it will be gelled.

5. Paint film couldn’t do high-build application, otherwise easy to bubbling.

6. All equipments must be cleaned immediately after use.

7. Relative temperature and humidity will influence drying speed.

8. Avoid applying paint in rainy or the moisture above 85% RH, otherwise the adhesion will be affected by moisture of substrate and the paint film will be loss its gloss.
