APPLICATION METHOD | Airless spray / Brush or Roller (need to order brush type) |
FOR AIRLESS SPRAY | Tip Size 0.019” ~ 0.023” Air Pressure 4 ~ 6 Kg/cm2 Pump Ratio 33 : 1 or greater |
NOTE | 1. Mix base and hardener according to the
mixing ratio and stir thoroughly. 2. Avoid applying paint in rainy or the moisture above 85% RH, otherwise the adhesion will be affected by moisture of substrate and the paint film will be loss its gloss. 3. All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use. 4. When used inside tanks, sufficient ventilation must be provided. 5. When overcoating interval is exceeded, paint surface must be roughened to ensure adhesion. 6. Hardener cover must be tightly closed to avoid reaction with moisture in air to form bubbles and gelation. 7. If change application method from airless spray to brush or roller, please advice our sales representative. 8. Strictly controlling application, not to exceed 80 microns per coat, to avoid bubbles formation. |
